Vegan Jerk Tempeh – This low-fat and high-protein meal is absolutely delicious. It is packed with heat and flavor. Now I love spicy food and the Habanero Peppers that are is in this Caribbean inspired sauce definitely sets it all off. You can whip this up, freeze it and enjoy it all week. In this video recipe I serve the Vegan Jerk Tempeh with fresh mixed greens but you can serve it with brown rice or just enjoy it by itself. Either way, it is allll goood!
